Mohammed Shami's apparent admission of philandering before the Anti-Corruption and Security Unit (ACSU) has helped him get his BCCI's central contract back on Thursday. BCCI has, thus, handed Shami 'Category B' annual contract of Rs 3 crore retainership. The charges of adultery and domestic violence are being investigated by the Kolkata Police and Shami's "personal life" is out of the Board's purview.
